The place is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff have a great sense of hospitality and genuinely take interest in fulfilling our needs. We stayed here for 4 nights, and felt very welcomed. A special call out to Sumaira, she has been excellent with her proactive checking on our comfortable stay every single day.. She always greets with a great smile and ensures that our stay remains problem free. I've always received quick and prompt responses from her during every single communication (direct, or through WhatsApp).

Highlights: 1. Prime Location: The apartment boasts an exceptional setting adjacent to the canal. 2. Inviting Ambiance: Immaculately maintained, the apartment features a comfortable design and a spacious balcony offering a partial canal view. 3. Charming Surroundings: The neighborhood is pleasant and secure, ideal for leisurely walks. Numerous cafes and restaurants line the canal-side promenade. 4. Proximity to Landmarks: Both Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are within walking distance.

Outside the apartment is the canal which is a lovely walk too. - Friendly staff with great communication over WhatsApp (very responsive and helpful), always checking in with us to make sure our stay is going well - Modern apartment, great view. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a long stay - Nice pool and rooftop
